postal stamp to honor Raoul Wallenberg. The stamp was issued in 1997.
Sponsored the naming of sites in numerous states to honor Wallenberg.

that pertains to Raoul Wallenberg, his life, his work in Hungary, and
his arrest and imprisonment.
Established October 5, 1989 as Raoul Wallenberg Recognition Day by
Congressional Resolution.
1991-2001, developed A STUDY OF HEROES, one of America's outstanding
character education programs. This is the Committee's "living
monument to Raoul Wallenberg's deeds of courage." The program
is in use in 48 states and three foreign countries, and has reached
over 1,000,000 American students to date.
